The next planning meeting will be at 6:30 PM on Wednesday June 11th, in B002 JFSB. Items on the agenda will include BBQ planning, recruiting booth post-mortem analysis (see how we can improve for next time), as well as section activities. (Art and games: Particularly looking at you since I don't have any future activities on the calendar at the moment).

Of particular importance: Professor Daryl Hague has tentatively agreed to take over as our adviser for the club (paperwork is still in progress), and will be attending. This'll be our first chance to get to know him, and him us, so everyone please be prompt.

As usual, any officer who can't make the meeting, please let me know ahead of time, and what's going on with your area of responsibility.

Officers: We'll be having our first planning meeting for Spring at 7:00 PM this Thursday. I realize that not everyone can make this time, but based on responses this looks like when we can get the most people. This will be held in room 5452 of the library. (Group study room, 5th floor). We'll be having our (probably) last planning meeting before the closing social after the Film Forum on Wednesday April 2nd. For those not attending the forum, estimated start time of the meeting is 9:30 PM.

There will be a planning meeting next Wednesday the 19th. It will be held in B002 JFSB immediately following Film Forum (so around 9:30). Things to plan involve the Iron Gamer event the following Friday, and the closing social.

There will be a planning meeting at 7:00 PM this Wednesday in room 5452 of the library (5th floor...it's the room we usually have when we do meetings in there). We'll be doing some final planning for the dance this week, and getting a rough semester schedule figured out. There is no film forum this week; we can't schedule rooms till after the add/drop deadline on Friday.
