The next planning meeting will be at 6:30 PM on Wednesday June 11th, in B002 JFSB. Items on the agenda will include BBQ planning, recruiting booth post-mortem analysis (see how we can improve for next time), as well as section activities. (Art and games: Particularly looking at you since I don't have any future activities on the calendar at the moment).

Of particular importance: Professor Daryl Hague has tentatively agreed to take over as our adviser for the club (paperwork is still in progress), and will be attending. This'll be our first chance to get to know him, and him us, so everyone please be prompt.

As usual, any officer who can't make the meeting, please let me know ahead of time, and what's going on with your area of responsibility.
